Regional News Jane the Virgin Star Cast in Hollywood Bowl Mamma Mia! Kathleen Marshall will direct and choreograph the international hit musical at the California venue.

Jaime Camil, of CW's Jane the Virgin, has been cast in the Hollywood Bowl's upcoming production of the international hit musical Mamma Mia!, which will play the outdoor venue July 28–30.

Camil, who made his Broadway debut in Chicago, will play the role of Sam Carmichael. Additional casting will be announced at a later time.

The limited engagement will be directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall and conducted by David Holcenberg.

Filled with the classic songs of ABBA, Mamma Mia! features music and lyrics by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus and some songs with Stig Anderson, with a book by Catherine Johnson. The musical was originally conceived by Judy Craymer.
