Living in the Wind, the new romantic drama newly extended to an open run at Off-Broadway's American Place Theatre, welcomes to new leads to the show - Riverdance's David Damane and Audelco winner Sally Stewart-Coleman. The two actors replace Chad Coleman (North Atlantic) and Cheryl Freeman (The Civil War, The Who's Tommy).

Most recently a soloist with the Broadway Riverdance company, Damane has appeared on Broadway and in the national tours of Porgy & Bess, The Life, A Christmas Carol, The Who's Tommy and Big River. Stewart-Coleman won her Audelco for In a Clean House and has appeared on "Law and Order" and "New York Undercover."

Set in the South after the end of the Civil War, Sarah and Isaiah, two lovers torn apart by slavery and war, try to reconcile their marriage and create a new life of freedom together. Their memories of their lives before, however, haunt them in the literal ghosts who come to recount the tale of their enslaved existence.

1997 Obie Award winner for sustained excellence Arthur French and Lizan Mitchell (Having Our Say) have remained in Living in the Wind, alongside Nathan Hinton and Keesha Sharp.
