Tyler Hanes, who played Rum Tum Tugger in the recent Broadway revival of Cats, stopped by the Playbill Studio to offer a preview of his November 2 concert at the Strand Theatre in Marietta, Georgia.
The Georgia native, whose additional Broadway credits also include Hairspray, On the Town, Urban Cowboy, The Frogs, Sweet Charity, and A Chorus Line, performs two songs in the video above: Boy From Oz's “When I Get My Name in Lights” and Hedwig and the Angry Inch's “Wicked Little Town.”
Tony winner Wayne Cilento directs Hanes’ upcoming concert, which will feature songs ranging from Freddie Mercury to Lin-Manuel Miranda.
