A host of Broadway musicals are set to perform during the 91st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, which is broadcast on NBC and CBS November 23 beginning at 9 AM ET.
The NBC airing, which continues until noon, is hosted by Today Show’s Matt Lauer, Savannah Guthrie, and Al Roker. (Telemundo will simulcast the Parade in Spanish with the event hosted by stars Carlos Ponce, Jessica Carrillo, and Karim Mendiburu.)
On 34th Street, several Broadway shows will perform in front of Macy’s flagship. The scheduled productions include the 2017 Tony winner for Best Musical Dear Evan Hansen (featuring new headliner Noah Galvin), Anastasia, Once On This Island, and SpongeBob SquarePants, as well as the Radio City Rockettes.
Among those also set to perform on Macy’s signature floating stages are Hamilton Tony winner Leslie Odom Jr., 98 Degrees, Andra Day & Common, Jimmy Fallon and The Roots, Flo Rida, Goo Goo Dolls, Smokey Robinson, Gwen Stefani, and Patti LaBelle, as well as Camp Broadway.

Over on CBS, cast members from the Broadway musicals Come From Away and Waitress—including Grammy Award winner Jason Mraz—will perform on The Thanksgiving Day Parade on CBS broadcast.
Entertainment Tonight host Kevin Frazier and correspondent Keltie Knight host the annual event, which also continues to noon. Frazier and Knight will anchor from a site along the parade route. A CBS Thanksgiving tradition in its 57th year, the special will feature portions of the 91st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
The 91st Annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade begins at 9 AM from 77th Street and Central Park West. The procession will march to Columbus Circle, turn onto Central Park South, and march down Sixth Avenue/Avenue of the Americas. At 34th Street, the Parade will make its final turn west and end at Seventh Avenue in front of Macy’s Herald Square.
