Holiday Inn’s Gordon Greenberg will direct the production, which will be seen February 12–March 29, 2020, at the Illinois venue. Greenberg also co-wrote the book for the new musical with Steve Rosen (The Other Josh Cohen); the score is by Chicago writers Michael Mahler and Alan Schmuckler.

The Secret of My Success concerns Brantley Foster, a young ambitious Midwesterner, who moves to New York City to start his dream job at a major corporation, only to be laid off on the very first day. In his relentless enthusiasm to succeed, Brantley finds himself tangled up in a sidesplitting scheme in which he assumes the identity of rising executive Carlton Whitfield.

The upcoming Paramount season will also include Newsies (September 4–October 20, 2019), Beauty and the Beast (November 13–January 19), and Kinky Boots (April 29–June 14).
