News The Boy From Oz Star Hugh Jackman Goes "Inside the Actors Studio," March 7 Hugh Jackman, who is currently making his Broadway debut in The Boy From Oz, will appear on "Inside the Actors Studio," March 7.

The Jackman appearance is set to air on Bravo at 8 and 11:30 PM (ET). Check your local listings.

"Inside the Actors Studio" is the Emmy Award-nominated series where actors, writers and directors are interviewed by New School University Dean of the Actors Studio Drama School James Lipton.

Sydney-born Jackman starred in the Australian productions of Beauty and the Beast as Gaston and Sunset Boulevard as Joe Gillis before his Olivier Award nomination for his turn in Trevor Nunn's London revival Oklahoma! The actor, who hosted the 2003 Tony Awards, is well known for his film roles in the "X Men" films, "Kate & Leopold," "Someone Like You" and "Swordfish."

Jackman stars as Peter Allen in The Boy From Oz, "a musical true story" of the late entertainer who was a protege of Judy Garland — and briefly married to her daughter Liza Minnelli. Martin Sherman (Bent) provides the libretto for the score which features the music and lyrics of the pop superstar.
