The Broadway revival of Terrence McNally’s Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune, starring Tony, Grammy, and Emmy winner Audra McDonald and two-time Academy Award nominee Michael Shannon, will play the Broadhurst Theatre. Performances will begin May 4 ahead of a May 30 opening night.
As previously announced, Obie winner Arin Arbus (The Skin of Our Teeth) will direct the production in celebration of four-time Tony Award-winning writer McNally’s upcoming 80th birthday (November 3).
