The spinoff, from Good Wife creators Robert and Michelle King, stars Christine Baranski, Cush Jumbo, Rose Leslie, Delroy Lindo, Sarah Steele, Justin Bartha, Michael Boatman, and Nyambi Nyambi. Three-time Tony recipient Bernadette Peters, who will return to Broadway next month in the Tony-winning revival of Hello, Dolly!, will also be seen in an episode of the second season.

In the upcoming season, Diane (Baranski), Lucca (Jumbo), Maia (Leslie), and the rest of the law firm find themselves looking at their own clients suspiciously when a client at another firm kills his lawyer, prompting a copycat murder.

The Good Fight’s first season was recently nominated for three Critics’ Choice Awards: Best Actress in a Drama Series (Baranski), Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series (Lindo) and Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series (Jumbo).
