The Metropolitan Opera’s 2018 production of Luisa Miller will premiere on PBS Sunday, August 12 as part of the Great Performances at the Met series. The production of the Verdi opera stars Sonya Yoncheva, Piotr Beczała, and Plácido Domingo.
Yoncheva plays the title role, with Beczała as Rodolfo, and Domingo as Luisa’s father, Miller. The production is directed by Elijah Moshinsky, and conducted by Bertrand de Billy. Anthony Roth Costanzo hosts.

The opera will be broadcast nationally at 12 PM on PBS. In the New York metro area, it will be broadcast at 1 PM on THIRTEEN. Check local listings for exact broadcast times.
