The Milwaukee Repertory Theater production of Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley, a contemporary twist based on the classic story, plays the Quadracci Powerhouse November 13–December 16.
The play, written by Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon, features a cast including Jordan Brodess as Arthur de Bourgh, Fred Geyer as Charles Bingley, Rebecca Hurd as Mary Bennet, Margaret Ivey as Elizabeth Darcy, Deanna Myers as Anne de Bourgh, Sarai Rodriguez as Jane Bingley, Yousof Sultani as Fitzwilliam Darcy, and Netta Walker as Lydia Wickham.
The show is directed by Kimberly Senior with set design by Courtney O’Neill, costume design by Mieka van der Ploeg, lighting design by Noele Stollmack, sound design by Pornchanok Kanchanabanca, dialect coaching by Eva Breneman, and stage managed by Audra Kuchling.
