The Old Globe, in association with Yonge Street Theatricals, will present industry readings of the new musical Life After December 6 and December 7 in Manhattan.
Old Globe Artistic Director Barry Edelstein, who will direct the musical's March 22–April 28, 2019, run at The Old Globe, will helm the invitation-only readings.
The cast will include Antoinette Comer, Bradley Dean, Sophie Hearn, Charlotte Perry Maltby, Livvy Marcus, Katherine McLaughlin, Mamie Parris, Mackenzie Warren, and Charlotte Mary Wen.

Life After has a book, music, and lyrics by Britta Johnson. Grieving the recent loss of her famous father, 16-year-old Alice begins to question the events surrounding his death and sets out to uncover what really happened on the night that changed her family forever.
Casting is by Tara Rubin Casting, Merri Sugarman CSA.
Johnson received the Dora Mavor Moore Award for the world premiere of the musical in Toronto in September 2017. The production took home five additional awards, including Best New Musical and Outstanding Production of a Musical.
