Emmy-nominated producer Robert Pullen directs the 8 PM concert that is held in cooperation with the US-Philippines Society and the Philippine Humanitarian Coalition.
In addition to Salonga (Miss Saigon, Allegiance), Criss ("Glee") and Phillips ("La Bamba," The King and I), the concert features tenor Rodell Rosel, Joffrey Ballet dancer Christine Rocas and the Black Eyed Peas' Apl.de.ap.
The concert also includes the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra conducted by Luke Frazier and the Broadway Community Chorus. Video messages of hope from celebrities and other personalities from around the world are also planned.
"The Kennedy Center benefit evening will help those people reconstruct homes and schools, restart businesses, restore livelihoods, and regain access to health facilities," said John F. Maisto, president of the US-Philippines Society, in an earlier statement.
Tickets, ranging from $25-$250, are available at Kennedy-Center.org, or by phoning (202) 467-4600.
