Hamilton’s Leslie Odom Jr. and Wife Nicolette Robinson Welcome a Baby Girl

Leslie Odom Jr. is officially a dad!

The Tony winner for Broadway’s Hamilton just announced April 25 that he and his wife Nicolette Robinson have welcomed their first child, Lucille Ruby. The baby was born Sunday, April 23 in early morning.

Lucille Ruby arrived in the wee hours on Sunday morning after a brief but harrowing labor on the part of her incredible mother, Nicolette Kloe Robinson, the dragonslayer. Deeper in love by the minute.

Lucille Ruby Odom came into this world on Sunday, April 23rd, 2017. 💕 She is the love + light of our lives and she's teaching us so much already... Our sweet Lucy 🌻 Mommy & Daddy couldn't be happier.

Odom Jr. has wrapped filming for the remake of Murder on the Orient Express starring Johnny Depp, Daisy Ridley, Josh Gad, Michelle Pfeiffer and more. Odom Jr. plays Dr. Arbuthnot in the Kenneth Branagh-directed film.

Odom, Jr. and Robinson first met when Odom, Jr. was working on the assistant director of a production of Once on This Island in Los Angeles, where Robinson was part of the cast.
