Wicked City Blues (Off-Broadway, St. Luke's Theatre, 2019) | Playbill

Wicked City Blues

SYNOPSIS: Wicked City Blues is a film-noir murder-mystery musical that goes back and forth between a radio show performed in a studio and real scenes that a radio listener might imagine about a detective who falls in love with a femme-fatale.

The year is 1947, as private eye Mickey Morrison falls in love with his sexy red-headed client, Charlotte Blane. But when he finds out the truth about her, everything unravels, leaving dead bodies and Charlotte holding the gun. Only Mickey is left to save her, or is it Charlotte's plan to kill him too?
