Submit your original work to participate in The Readout Series!
The Readout invites writers to workshop and showcase their original script(s) in a staged reading with professional actors at a professional studio in the Spero Building in Flatiron. This is a way for writers to get a draft of one of their projects up on its feet, access to a roster of professional actors for casting, free rehearsal space, and a final produced & recorded staged reading of their work.
If you have a script that you’d be interested in workshopping with The Readout, please feel free to send it our way! We will be programming a fall lineup of features, shorts, plays, and audio dramas. The first Readout of this season will be held on October 18th. Writers will be invited to direct their own work or bring on a director of their choice.
