Job Position: Event Crew Member - Touring Show
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on team members to join our traveling show! As part of our crew, you’ll help with setting up and breaking down the tent, seating, and overall event space at each location. During showtime, you’ll either assist in the concessions area serving food and drinks or work as an usher & Ticket Scanner, guiding guests to their seats.
This is a touring position — our show moves to a new city every two weeks — so flexibility and a team-player mindset are key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the setup and teardown of the tent, seating stand, and other event infrastructure.
• Perform physically demanding tasks related to the event setup and maintenance.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Adapt to a touring lifestyle, as our event site moves approximately every two weeks.

• During performances, work in one of the following roles:
o Usher: Welcome guests and assist them in finding their assigned seats. Ensure smooth seating before the show and help answer general guest questions as needed.
o Ticket Scanner:Stand at the entrance to greet guests and scan tickets using a handheld device. Direct guests toward the correct entrance or seating section after scanning.

o Mechandise: Operate the merchandise booth, assist guests with selecting items, handle payments, restock products, and maintain an organized and visually appealing display. Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to enhance the guest experience.
o Concessions: Serve drinks and snacks to guests efficiently and with a welcoming attitude. Responsibilities include preparing items, handling payments, restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding all food and beverage safety standards.
