DESCRIPTION
New Dance Alliance is seeking a Supervisor/Technician for the Performance Mix Festival to take place on the Lower Eastside of Manhattan from June 5-13. This festival will take place outside in a courtyard and in-studio with windows facing a courtyard. The festival dates are June 10-13. There are 20 artists - some live work, film, and installations. Schedule for Supervisor/Technician will be agreed upon.
The job entails;
Assistance in purchasing equipment (audio, projector(s), and monitors as needed) and assisting with installation.
Supervising technical team during some of the technical rehearsals.
Supervisor/Technician is not required to run the performances.
A rate of $20-30 per hour is determined by experience.
Note: We would like to have some preliminary conversations and meeting(s) beginning April 19th, but the physical work would begin June 5th.
