DESCRIPTION
Ticket Producer connects people with the entertainment they love — Broadway shows, comedy, sports, and concerts across NYC. We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Street Team & Direct Sales Manager to lead from the front — someone who can both personally sell and build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead by example through direct in-person sales and engagement with customers
-Recruit, train, and manage a motivated sales team
-Maintain strong relationships with partners, clients, and team members
-Oversee daily street operations and ensure consistent performance goals are met
-Collaborate with company leadership to refine messaging and meet business objectives
-Work outdoors daily — often in varying weather conditions, including cold temperatures
Qualifications:
-Proven success in sales and team management
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Energetic, determined, and confident personality
-Driven, proactive, and accountable
-Comfortable working outdoors year-round
-Knowledge of NYC theatre, live entertainment, and events is a plus
Must be available on the weekends. Applicants with Thanksgiving and Christmas availabilty will be prioritized.
$24/hour + Commission
Potential to earn $40+/hour based on performance
