We are currently interviewing for our Stage Manager position and are expanding our pool while inviting applicatnts to complete backstage team for the production.

1. Stage Manager
Responsibilities:
• Organize the rehearsal process and keep the production on schedule
• Create and distribute rehearsal reports
• Track blocking and maintain the prompt book
• Run technical rehearsals and call all cues during performances
• Serve as the communication hub for the creative and production team
Qualifications:
• Prior stage management experience (festival/new-work a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and comfort leading a room
• Ability to adapt to an evolving script and short rehearsal period

2. Production Assistant
The Production Assistant supports the Stage Manager and may take on backstage tasks depending on skillset and interest.
Responsibilities may include:
• Assisting with props (sourcing, adapting, organizing, presetting)
• Operating projections/video cues
• Serving as run crew (transitions, presets, quick changes)
• Assisting with rehearsal room setup/breakdown
• Supporting tech and overall production operations
Qualifications:
• Dependability and strong communication
• Interest in backstage work
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Experience in props, AV, or run crew helpful but not required

3. Intimacy Coordinator
(Consultation-based role)
Responsibilities:
• Review the script for intimacy moments and potential boundary-sensitive content
• Lead a short rehearsal-room conversation regarding boundaries, consent, and comfort
• Assist in choreographing or advising on intimate moments, sensual choreography, and moments of closeness
• Provide strategies for maintaining safety, clarity, and communication between actors and the creative team
Qualifications:
• Experience as an Intimacy Coordinator or Intimacy Director (educational or professional)
• Familiarity with trauma-informed, consent-forward rehearsal practices
• Ability to guide actors through sensitive content with care
• Strong communication and clarity
Note: This role involves intermittent focused sessions, not the full rehearsal schedule.
