The “Production Coordinator" is a remote, part time position that will serve on a team that acts as the voice of our company, both on the phone with customers and on our social media accounts.

The Production Coordinator team is composed of customer service rockstars that work together to serve as the first impression for a customer, be it by telephone call, video chat, or email. While not working with customers via phone or email, each of the Production Coordinators has assigned project work to cover. This particular posting is seeking an individual who possesses the skills to create and schedule engaging social media content.

The ideal candidate should be able to complete daily responsibilities with limited supervision. It's crucial that these individuals are able to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor with both internal staff and external customers. Our team is small, but effective, and we need someone who can learn quickly while proactively seeking out additional responsibilities.

Basic Qualifications

-- Branding knowledge – The savviest candidates will understand that they are actually brand ambassadors, making sure that the company’s character is reflected in the customer experience and our social media presence.
-- Language skills – Because they will be communicating so often with customers relaying information back and forth between the rest of the staff, the ability to write and speak clearly is paramount.
-- Customer service skills – Customer-focused mindset to ensure great customer service
-- Demonstrates adaptability - Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-- Experience with creation of social media content - Candidate should understand the difference in audiences by platform and be able to assist with creating content.

Core Responsibilities
-- Compose persuasive social media content with strong calls to action.
-- Research social media trends and inform the marketing team of changes that are relevant to the marketing activities.
-- Perform content gap analysis, to determine what type of content is missing and what is needed.
-- Contribute to editorial calendar to determine the most effective social media content as well as the ideal posting frequency and optimal times for posting
-- Develop engaging graphic and video content for use on social platforms, from ideation to execution.
-- Implement strategic social media campaigns with brand continuity
-- Track and align content across multiple sites and social channels
-- Create and execute actionable plans to both grow follower count, increase engagement, and promote offerings through social media platforms
-- Implement the voice of company through social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)
-- Conduct social media analytics reports to draw conclusions about user data, identify trends, and optimize social media performances
-- Research and identify social media influencers and bloggers to enhance key clients online presence
-- Analyze the marketing team's digital marketing plan agenda and social media strategy. Identify weakness and make recommendations for improvement.
-- Subscribe to industry news, interact with brands through social media
-- Other duties as assigned by management
-- Prepare and maintain accurate customer information
-- Handle all customer inquiries according to established procedures
-- Be able to complete any incoming inquiry

-- At least 2 years of experience in customer service
-- At least 2years of experience of successfully executing social media campaigns for brands on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
-- A deep understanding of social media best practices.
-- A passion for theater, the performing arts, and emerging technology.
-- Working knowledge of or willingness to learn the following: Google Docs, WordPress, InDesign, Photoshop, Facebook, -- Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Adwords, SEO, SEM, Mailchimp, Canva, Trello
-- Creative an efficient work style, capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
-- Basic knowledge and experience with journalistic and marketing writing, and content/collateral development.
-- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
-- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated follow-through with administrative duties.
-- Willingness to learn various other database and/or software program
