DESCRIPTION

The Yale Dramatic Association is accepting applications for Set Designer for our Spring Mainstage production of A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare!

Those interested in applying should submit a current resume as well as a brief proposal addressing your interest in set designing A Midsummer Night's Dream, any set design experience you may have, a bit of information about yourself/your background, why you’re interested in working with students, and any specific artistic visions you’ve crafted for the show. Please also submit one or more of the following sample paperwork:

Scenic Designs
Drafting Packet/Paperwork
Paint Elevations

We will be holding interviews between November 17th and November 21st. The compensation for the Set Designer is $2,800.

The show is April 8-11, 2026.
