Fever is a corporate event production company that produces shows across a variety of mediums, including ballet shows, jazz concerts, immersive dining experiences, and more.

We are looking to hire a wardrobe/ alterations specialist for a ballet show on Sunday, 11/23 at The Bayou Theatre, called Ballet of Lights: Sleeping Beauty. Our ballet shows are unique in that our costumes have a fiber optic overlay that lights up, illuminating the dancers as they perform.

The most important elements of this role are:
- To be proactive when organizing costumes and facilitating fittings, ensuring that things are accomplished in a timely manner
- To oversee and execute costume fittings onsite, ensuring proper fit and addressing any necessary alterations.
- To perform alterations, repairs, and maintenance on costumes as needed, either by hand and/or using a sewing machine (not provided).
- To prepare costumes for performances, which may include washing, steaming, ironing, and ensuring all pieces are in performance-ready condition.
- To assist dancers with quick changes (donning/doffing cloaks, turning on and off the lighted elements of the costume, etc.) during performances as needed, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.

Span of day for this role would be approx. 10:30am-10:30pm. We will allow time for spacing and a dress rehearsal in the afternoon, before our showtimes at 6:00p and 8:30p (each show is 60 minutes long). As the show typically performs 1x a month, know that there will be ongoing opportunitites to return!
