Boneau/Bryan-Brown, a leading Broadway publicity firm, is currently seeking a full-time Press Assistant. One to two years prior experience at a public relations or marketing firm is required. This assistant will work directly with Senior Press Agents in a team environment on all aspects of publicity for a variety of current and upcoming Broadway, Off-Broadway and special theatrical productions.

• Able to handle any work challenges that arise and meet strict deadlines
• Enjoys dealing with a range of people in different areas of theatrical production and marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Candidate job duties will include assisting Senior Press Agents with the following, and more:

• Writing and researching details for press releases and other publicity materials.
• Coordinating media tickets for shows.
• Monitoring media coverage for productions handled by the office.
• Working with office teams to handle all aspects of Opening Night press, VIP & celebrity attendance.
• Arranging interviews between press and talent related to our clients.
• Other responsibilities which support Senior Press Agents.

Job begins immediately in the Times Square area. Office hours are 10 am to 6:30 pm with some evening and weekend hours required. Starting salary is $50K with excellent benefits and is negotiable.
