POMP, SNOW & Cirqueumstance is seeking submissions for Orlando and Nashville residency musical stage productions.
Synopsis: The story of three best friends who study music, magic and circus at a secret university before sharing their talents and spreading joy throughout the world.
Production states: "Multiple roles for character actors who can sing and dance for the highly anticipated new musical stage production – casting for 2 residency companies, Nov – Jan. Based on the award-winning storybook by Cirque Dreams Founder and Broadway Director Neil Goldberg. Applicants must be US citizens.
Orlando: Rehearsals begin November 7, 2025 and production runs November 14 – January 4, 2026
Nashville: Rehearsals begin November 17, 2025 and production runs November 25 – December 31, 2025.

ORLANDO CONTRACT ONLY
Ensemble Character: Age Range 18-35, Character gender: Male
Seeking high-energy versatile actors able to perform multiple non-speaking ensemble roles including movement, whimsical character costumes, audience interaction, assisting with show props. 5’8” – 6’0”. This role is only for Orlando contract. Salary: $600-$700/week
Wizard: Age Range 18-40, Character gender: Male
Seeking a charismatic, high-energy performer for a Wizard role—a non-speaking, pantomime, highly expressive character who engages with the audience through movement, gesture and interactive skits. Must have strong physical storytelling skills, sharp comedic timing, and a bold stage presence.
Performer should be comfortable working with sleight-of-hand, visual tricks, and interactive stage elements (training provided). Musical theatre and magic skills a plus. Ideal for dancers, clowns, or physical theatre artists with a flair for audience connection. Slim to average build, 5’9” – 6’1”. This role is for Orlando contract only. Salary: $700-$800/week
NASHVILLE CONTRACT ONLY
Male Hip Hop Dancer: Age Range 18-35, Character gender: Male
Seeking a high-energy Hip Hop dancer with strong storytelling ability through movement as part of the ensemble of a stage show. Other street dance styles a plus. This role is only for Nashville contract. Salary: $600-$700/week
