Job Details


National Artists Management Company, a Broadway production office, is seeking personal assistant for its Co-Founder.

The position will have responsibilities including, but not limited to phones, email correspondence, personal calendar management, booking day to day appointments such as social engagements and reservations, as well as transportation arrangements.

The ability to multi-task and prioritize while remaining extremely organized and operating with a high level of detail and accuracy is essential. Viable candidates should possess the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise and composure. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Currently hiring part-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week with the potential to evolve into a full-time, salaried position with benefits later in the year.
