DESCRIPTION

Searching for crew members for upcoming National Tour.

DUTIES: The duties of the Stage Manager shall include, but not be limited to, scheduling rehearsals and

organizing production schedule in collaboration with Producer, Creative Producer, Director, General

Manager, and Production Manager; notating staging, cues, props, and wardrobe tracking during

rehearsal; running technical rehearsals, including creating a calling script with all technical cues; calling

and executing cues (if needed) during technical rehearsals and performances; working with department

heads and local crew to facilitate load in and loadout of each venue as needed, including assigning

dressing rooms. Stage Manager shall attend appropriate rehearsals, technical rehearsals, previews, and

production meetings. Stage Manager shall have one week of pre-production. Stage Manager is expected

to submit daily reports on all rehearsal and performance days. Stage Manager shall perform all duties in

person and shall fulfill the duties of the Stage Manager as the term is commonly understood by the

theatre and touring community.
