DESCRIPTION

Searching for crew members for upcoming National Tour.

DUTIES: The duties of the Assistant Stage Manager shall include, but not be limited to, assisting the

Stage Manager in all customary stage management duties, including but not limited to, scheduling

rehearsals and organizing production schedule in collaboration with Producer, Creative Producer,

Director, General Manager, and Production Manager; notating staging, cues, props, and wardrobe

tracking during rehearsal; providing paperwork as necessary related to the running of the show; calling

and executing cues (if needed) during technical rehearsals and performances; working with department

heads and local crew to facilitate load in and loadout of each venue as needed, including assigning

dressing rooms. Assistant Stage Manager shall attend appropriate rehearsals, technical rehearsals,

previews, and production meetings. Assistant Stage Manager shall perform all duties in person and shall

fulfill the duties of the Assistant Stage Manager as the term is commonly understood by the theatre and

touring community.
