DESCRIPTION

We are Smart Sitting, a nanny agency based in New York. We assist families across NYC with their search for short-term/temporary, afterschool, part-time, and full-time nannies. Requests for positions come in weekly, so we are searching for experienced caregivers who can support New York children of all ages. All families compensate their nannies on the books as W-2 employees and are typically able to offer rates starting at $20-$40+/hour depending on a nanny's experience and the responsibilities of the role. Many families also offer a monthly MetroCard reimbursement, PTO, and sick days! The majority of our families require nannies to be COVID vaccinated and boosted, so please confirm that in your application. We've been at this for over 12 years and had refined our process along the way to ensure our core values of being supportive, genuine, professional, adaptable, and accountable are embodied every step of the way.
