We’re looking to fill the following positions:
- Personal Assistant
- Office Admin

We are looking for a Personal Assistant who can help us in our day-to-day operations. As a personal assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative and personal support for the owner. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply!

Requirements and duties include but not limited to:

- Fantastic organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexible and able to go with the flow
- Able to do anything at a moment's notice
- Good understanding of Google services, calendar management, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to manage high volume inboxes
- Running errands and occasionally hosting open houses
- Posting and engaging on social media
- Managing projects and occasionally hosting events
- Running out to make purchases
- Available on weekends and all upcoming holidays is a must

$19+ hourly

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Admnin. You will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day office operations. This includes assisting with administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and providing general support to the team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

-Provide daily administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of internal workflows
-Serve as a support point between the CEO, his Executive Assistant, and the broader team—helping manage communication, scheduling, and execution of key tasks
-Manage ticketing and fulfillment operations, including partner coordination and customer service
-Support invoicing, reporting, and the ongoing refinement of internal processes

Qualifications:

- 3+ years in administrative, operational, or executive support roles (live events, theater, or entertainment industry experience preferred)
-Experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities without losing focus
-Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); familiarity with ticketing or CRM software is a plus
-Strong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset
-Familiarity with New York City’s theater district and venues is a plus

-Strong sense of discretion, reliability, and professionalism
-A passion for theater, storytelling, and live experiences
-Willingness to jump into unfamiliar tasks and grow new skills with support
-Interest in contributing to both behind-the-scenes operations and outward-facing brand initiatives
-Comfort with on-the-go tasks and errands
-Weekend and all upcoming holiday availabilty is a must


$20-24 hourly
