Job Details

DESCRIPTION

CultureSuite works across the UK, US and Europe to make building and managing websites more sustainable for the arts and culture sector, using our SaaS offering Peppered.

With over 25 years of experience delivering digital solutions to the arts and culture sector, we’re a diverse blend of passionate personalities who are committed to solving sector-wide challenges with technology.

We are looking to grow our Customer team with an additional implementation consultant, a so-called 'Peppered Consultant (PC)' in our company. The PC is part of the Customer team and also works closely with both the Customer Success Managers and the R&D team to offer paid services to our growing number of clients.

Including you, the team will consist of:
1x Head of Customer Team
1x Lead PC
4x Peppered Consultants
2x Customer Success Managers

The Peppered Consultant (or ‘implementation consultant’) has an interesting role: seen as a very technical person, almost a developer, from the point of view of our clients, but to our Research & Development (R&D) team they bring forward the client’s perspective. The PC could be described as someone that is a professional puzzle solver, while also being able to create new pieces of the puzzle if needed.

Liesanne, our Lead PC shares:

“What I genuinely value about our work is that our efforts are immediately evident online for the global audience to view. This isn't just about the visual impact; it's also about facilitating an intuitive journey for visitors and helping our clients adapt their usage of the SaaS platform.”

As we continue to grow, now active in 7 countries, we’re evolving how we work as a global team. This means scaling our Customer Success approach to support clients across time zones and contexts. In the near future, this could involve expanding the Peppered Consultant team, collaborating with regional partners, or developing a train-the-trainer model to support local adoption at scale.

The Peppered Consultant is key to ensuring a smooth start for new clients and supporting existing ones as they expand their use of the platform. The role involves guiding clients through setup, training, and integration processes, ensuring a seamless and positive initial experience.

Typical tasks include implementing systems such as ticketing and planning tools, making light visual or functional updates through code, and supporting the rollout of new modules included in the client’s licence.

Clients rely on the Peppered Consultant when evolving their setup, whether for a redesign, onboarding new features, or improving workflows. These projects are often led by the consultant, sometimes in collaboration with a designer or the R&D team. The Customer Success Manager supports the strategic relationship, while the Peppered Consultant leads the implementation.

This role focuses on translating complex needs into practical, scalable solutions, connecting client expectations with the capabilities of the platform.

Language proficiency

Proficiency in English (written and spoken) required

Responsibilities include:

Platform setup and configuration: Guiding clients through the setup of the platform, tailored to their organisational structure and objectives. This includes light visual configuration and feature activation.

Training and enablement: Providing hands-on training sessions that build client confidence and ensure they can manage and grow within the platform independently.

Resource sharing: Supplying relevant materials, guides, and best practices that support long-term success beyond the initial onboarding.

Integration support: Assisting with the alignment of the platform to existing workflows, tools, and systems used within the organisation.

Client feedback and product insight: Collecting early feedback during onboarding to identify opportunities for improvement in both the product and onboarding approach. Ideas and insights can directly inform future product development.

Defining success indicators: Helping clients identify clear starting goals and success benchmarks, creating a shared understanding of progress and outcomes.

Cross-team collaboration: Working closely with the Customer Success Manager for strategic alignment and with the R&D team when technical input is needed during implementation.

Bonus points if you have…

An understanding or strong passion for the arts and culture industry.
