Our client, a fully equipped beautiful shared office space company located downtown is in need of a front desk coordinator to support their team!
This is a temporary to hire position, working in the office Monday thru Friday!
In this role you would be the first point of contact for all clients and guests visiting their space
Responsibilities to include but not limited too:
Meet, greet and register all guests
Answer and direct calls
Reserve conference rooms
Send and respond to e-mails
Assist with coordinating moves, appointments with vendors
Ideal candidate should have minimum 6 months previous customer service/hospitality/administrative experience
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Attention to detail and excellent follow up skills
Proficient with MS Office
Have a role up the sleeves attitude and have a passion for helping others
