Wagner Johnson Productions, an award‐winning Broadway and Live Event Production and Management Company, is seeking an ambitious and hardworking individual who is passionate about theatre to add to our growing team. Candidate will need to demonstrate agility in shifting between various needs and projects in a fast‐paced environment. Should have clear, effective communication and an eagerness to contribute as a team member. Attention to detail is a must, as well as a positive can‐do attitude.
Primary responsibility of this position is to support Director of Finance & Operations, as well as to assist in productions and office-wide projects, as needed. Examples of these duties include:
Financial records management; Investment and distribution tracking; Monthly bank reconciliations; Management and reconciliation of office and production credit cards; Oversight of office systems and records; Liaison with IT, building management, off-site storage, and outside vendors; Ad hoc projects, as requested by executive staff.
Candidate will need to have knowledge of Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe, and Google Suite.
