Nutcracker.com is the premier producer of Nutcracker Magical Christmas Ballet, a world-famous brand with a 50-year legacy, performing in the biggest and best theaters across 90 U.S. cities. We are now expanding into e-commerce, leveraging our extensive audience reach and prestige.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled, aggressive, and intelligent Executive Assistant to support the Executive Producer in managing an intensive schedule of proposals, solicitations, and business development for both the live tour and e-commerce expansion. The ideal candidate must be highly literate, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft Office & CRM Management:

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Mail Merge for correspondence and data tracking.

Expertise in Winmo CRM for business prospecting, lead tracking, and outreach management.

Proposal & Solicitation Execution:

Drafting, editing, and formatting proposals, pitch decks, and business solicitations.

Managing outreach to corporate sponsors, marketing agencies, and media contacts.

Tracking and following up on leads, ensuring timely responses and organization.

Administrative & Executive Support:

Scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating communications.

Handling high-level email correspondence and preparing reports for leadership.

Assisting in logistics and coordination of sponsorship and advertising efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Development Assistant, or similar role supporting high-level executives.

High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Mail Merge).

Experience with CRM tools (Winmo preferred) and business prospecting.

Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience working in entertainment, live events, or e-commerce is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

$80,000 annual range (monthly retainer).
