DESCRIPTION

Magic Mike Live – Las Vegas is looking to hire a Company Manager. The Company Manager is responsible for the day-to-day overall administration and management of the production/company and will represent the producing and management teams across all departments of this world-class entertainment experience. We are searching for energetic, enthusiastic team players who have experience working as a company manager for large production shows.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Caring for the well-being of all company members
  • Being a leader that fosters positive company morale
  • Acting as the main point of contact on a nightly basis
  • Tracking and processing weekly payroll and reimbursements
  • Filing and tracking workers comp claims
  • Onboarding new employees with appropriate HR paperwork
  • Holding employees accountable for work performance and issuing write-ups and/or disciplinary action
  • Approving and tracking expenses
  • Logging expenses and payroll in quickbooks
  • Facilitating friends and family/comp ticket requests with the box office
  • Planning Company Events
  • Serving as a conduit of information across departments
  • Arranging travel and housing for creative team members or performers
  • Drafting and executing contracts

Must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas.
