Reports to: General Manager

THE POSITION

The Company Manager is responsible for ensuring and supporting a productive and enjoyable Guthrie experience for all Actors, Directors and other Artists by making travel and housing arrangements and assisting with personal and professional needs while in residence. All employees are expected to center, model and champion the Guthrie’s core values of Artistic Excellence; Community; Equity, Diversity and Inclusion; and Fiscal Responsibility.

This position is full-time, exempt and benefits-eligible. Compensation for this position is $44,000 – $57,668 annually plus benefits. The typical schedule for this role will vary based on the dynamic schedule of a theater.
