Client Services Account Supervisor

We are looking for a Client Services Account Supervisor to lead and manage accounts. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Theater, the Account Supervisor is a full-time exempt position that is based in New York City.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Deliver sound strategy and excellent team performance as a Client Services Account Supervisor alongside Group Directors.
  • Share responsibility to promote and raise profile of the agency with clients and business prospects.
  • Seek to improve efficiencies within the department.
  • Develop and manage direct report team.
  • Provide expertise on campaign strategy and planning across multiple accounts, liaising with all departments.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 4+ years of experience as a senior level marketing/advertising executive (ideally servicing the entertainment industry).
  • Can work autonomously.
  • Actively seeks solutions to problems.
  • Can lead and develop sound strategies on behalf of our clients.
  • Understands and delivers against financial goals on assigned projects.
  • Confidence and ability to establish and maintain strong relationship with key clients and suppliers.
  • The ability to anticipate and deliver against client needs.
  • Understanding all of aka’s services and offerings.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Social Networking platforms
  • Excels with using Powerpoint
