Brass Jar Productions, the team behind the hit comedy Drunk Shakespeare, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Artistic Producer to join our senior leadership team.
As Artistic Producer, you will be the steward of creative excellence across our five custom venues nationwide. You will partner with local managers and cast members to elevate the artistic and commercial quality of each production, providing insightful creative feedback and driving performance standards that fuel audience excitement and word-of-mouth growth.

You are a seasoned creative producer or director with a keen sense of what sells. You’ve worked in comedy, immersive entertainment, and/or commercial theater—and you’re equally comfortable in a Google Sheet as you are giving a game-changing note backstage. You’re a team player, a self-starter, and a culture-builder who thrives on leveling others up.

-Hands-on casting experience, including leading auditions, evaluating talent, and assembling high-performing creative teams.
