New York City residents Alexander Hamilton and his wife Eliza lived on Wall Street and were parishioners at the local Trinity Church, one of the city’s most recognized historic houses of worship. Playbill was on site as Trinity’s Leah Reddy led a tour of the church including the grave sites of the founding father and Schuyler sister. Archivist Anne Petrimoulx revealed the newly discovered documents singed by Hamilton that help historians (and Broadway fans alike) to understand his level of involvement in the church and its community.
