Parking: Very bad. Some single yellow lines near the theatre, but on a red-route.

Handicap Access:
Infa-red hearing system in the main auditorium.

Induction loop in the box office.

Guide and hearing dogs are welcome in the auditorium (please request an aisle seat  when you book) or our staff can dog sit for you.

Six wheelchair spaces for each performance are located in the stalls.

There is an accessible toilet via the foyer.

Ramp
In the foyer, there is a ramp for access to the auditorium. The ramp is in 2 sections. The first section has a 13:1 gradient. The second section has a 17:1 gradient. Alternatively, there are 6 steps into the auditorium, which are divided into 2 sections. The first section has two steps. Turning left, four more steps take you to the door of the auditorium on your right.

Wheelchair users
Wheelchair spaces are situated in the front central area of the stalls. Patrons should mention that they need a wheelchair space when booking and they will be allocated the appropriate ticket. Tickets are reduced to £10 from £27.50. This discount also applies to the cost of a companion’s ticket.
The first 3 rows in the central block of the stalls have level access. The first 2 rows in the side blocks have level access. Most of the seats are bench seats with backrest. The following seats are individual seats with arm rests:
Centre stalls - E7, F7, G7, D21, E22, F22, and G21.
Side stalls – D23, F23, D6, and F6.

Pricing concessions for disabled people
Disabled and deaf people are entitled to a concession price of £10, which also applies to a companion. This is available on all days, subject to availability.

Bar
A section of the bar counter is low level (0.9m)

Access needs have been taken into account with the provision of all glassware, crockery and cutlery. Hearing dogs and guide dogs are welcome.

The public phone located in the bar is at height suitable for all patrons. Disabled customers may use the theatre's private phone to arrange a pick up or call a taxi or alternatively may ask a member of staff to do this.

Auditorium
The Auditorium is fully Air-Conditioned.
Access to the Stalls (209 seats) is by 6 steps or sloped walkway.
Access to the Circle (112 seats) is via 2 stairways of 27 steps each, both are fitted with handrails on either side.
