Premiere Adaptation of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance to Be Narrated by Robert Vaughn at London's Park Theatre

The world stage premiere of The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance, adapted and directed by Jethro Compton from the original short story by Dorothy M. Johnson, will feature a recorded narration by Robert Vaughn. It will begin performances at London's Park Theatre May 14, prior to an official opening May 16, for a run through June 22.

Here Lies Love, the musical which received its world premiere at New York's Public Theater last year and has recently resumed performances there for an open-ended commercial run prior to an official opening May 1, is London-bound. 




Seth Numrich to Return to London Stage in Fathers and Sons at Donmar Warehouse
17 Apr 2014 -- Seth Numrich, the Broadway actor who was named Best Newcomer in the Evening Standard Theatre Awards 2013 for his London debut in Sweet Bird of Youth at the Old Vic, is to return to the London stage to star in Brian Friel's Fathers and Sons, beginning performances June 5 prior to an official opening June 10, for a run through July 26.

London's Hampstead Theatre to Premiere Wonderland, a New Play About U.K.'s 1980s Miners' Strike
17 Apr 2014 -- London's Hampstead Theatre is to offer the world premiere of Beth Steel's Wonderland to mark the 30th anniversary of the Miners' Strike that changed the fabric of Britain forever. It will begin performances June 20 prior to an official opening June 26, for a run through July 26.
