Two Stars of HBO's "The Normal Heart" Reunite for Nothing Normal

MAC Award winner Adam B. Shapiro, who was seen as the "bearded, leather-loving teddy bear Bella" in HBO’s "The Normal Heart," makes his 54 Below debut Sept. 2.
Entitled Nothing Normal, the performance begins at 9:30 PM. Shapiro is joined by special guest Danielle Ferland, the Broadway actress who was also seen in the recent cable broadcast of "Normal Heart."
Nothing Normal is described as "an eclectic mix of songs and stories celebrating the hilarious and precarious sides of life, including some anecdotes from behind the scenes of the movie. Audiences can expect everything from Rodgers and Hammerstein to Weird Al Yankovic, Adam’s personal favorite."
Peter Napolitano directs the evening with musical direction by Barry Levitt, who leads the Barry Levitt Trio.
