All Love Is Equal, a recital to benefit Broadway Impact — the organization of theatre artists and fans mobilized in support of marriage equality — is offered Jan. 20 at 7 PM at The Kaufman Center.
"Though same-sex marriage has been legalized in many parts of the country, there are still over thirty states that do not recognize it," said producer Stacey Tavor Merwin in a statement. "Our journey is not complete until all fifty states recognize same-sex marriage."
Performers include Casey Erin Clark, Bill Coyne, Stacey Tavor Merwin, Crystal Mosser, Marcy Richardson, Christopher Ritz-Totten, Jeremy Ritz-Totten and Ryan Speakman.
Accompanied by Andrew Byrne, the evening will feature music by Robert Schumann, Kurt Weill, Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty, Irving Berlin and more.
The Goodman Recital Hall at the Kaufman Music Center is located at 129 West 67th Street. A reception will follow the performance. For tickets, click here.
