NAACP Benefit Concert, With Time to Kill's Rupert Holmes, Tonya Pinkins, Stephanie J. Block, Held Dec. 18 at 54 Below

The NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Inc. hosts a fundraising event, featuring cast members from the recent Broadway play A Time to Kill, Dec. 18 at 54 Below, as part of its "Artists For Justice" initiative.

The 7 PM concert, benefitting LDF's mission, features the music of Tony Award winner and Time to Kill writer Rupert Holmes with performances by Tony winner Tonya Pinkins, Klea Blackhurst, Stephanie J. Block, Chuck Cooper, Carolee Carmelo, Erin Davie, Dashiell Eaves, Renee Goldsberry, Patrick Page, Steff Reed and Tijuana Ricks.

LDF recently launched the "Artists For Justice" initiative, which works with individuals in the arts and entertainment to "develop unique ideas in support of the organization."
