Tony Award winner Jason Robert Brown, whose The Last Five Years was recently seen Off-Broadway, celebrates his birthday June 20. Playbill.com looks back at Brown's career with songs from The Last Five Years, Parade, Songs for a New World and more.

As previously reported, Brown's The Bridges of Madison County, a new musical based on the romantic Robert James Waller novel, will arrive on Broadway in January 2014 following a run at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and his Honeymoon in Vegas will premiere at New Jersey's Paper Mill Playhouse this September in anticipation of a 2014 arrival on Broadway.

Brown is also the composer of 13 and contributed music to Broadway's Urban Cowboy, for which he was also the production's musical director and conductor.
