Still Killing OB; Murdered by the Mob Celebrates Its Fifth Year in March

By Ernio Hernandez

Everybody knows there's no such thing as The Mob. There is, however, a hit put out Off-Broadway for five years now. Celebrating its quintennial this March is Joni Pacie's interactive Murdered by the Mob.

Everybody knows there's no such thing as The Mob. There is, however, a hit put out Off-Broadway for five years now. Celebrating its quintennial this March is Joni Pacie's interactive Murdered by the Mob.

The comedy mystery allows audiences to mingle with alleged "family" members, wise guys, good fellas, Mafia princesses and even meet with the Don. You are also treated to a sit down meal, as every good family would offer, and dancing.

Keeping it in the family, the show has been staged by Ron Pacie, Joni's consigliere and husband. Both are members of the Mystery Writers of America and have produced several other shows that have played internationally including their last OB show, Murder at Midnight.

To muscle your way in to the show, at the Arno Ristorante, 141 West 38th St. (between Broadway and 7th Ave.), call (800) MURDER-INC (687-3374). For further information on the show, visit murdermysteryinc.com.
