Prior to producing, Williams worked on Broadway as a conductor (Les Miserables, Dreamgirls), pianist (Les Miserables, Miss Saigon, The Phantom of the Opera, Dreamgirls) and company manager (Dreamgirls, Dangerous Games, West Side Story in Japan).
She is a member of The Broadway League, where she serves on the labor and membership committees and sits on the board of governors.
Halston's stage credits include The Divine Sister;Love, Loss and What I Wore;Hairspray;Gypsy; and The Women. She has appeared on screen in "The Class," "Sex and the City" and "The Electric Company" as well as "The Juror," "Joe Gould's Secret," "Addams Family Values," "Dottie Gets Spanked," "Celebrity" and "David Searching."
