Here's Playbill.com's weekly "Last Chance" reminder to catch Broadway, Off-Broadway and world-premiere productions before they take a final bow.

Concluding Jan. 26

Evita (Broadway at the Marquis Theatre). The Tony Award-nominated revival of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's Evita stars Olivier Award winner Elena Roger in the title role, Grammy winner Ricky Martin as Che and Tony Award winner Michael Cerveris as Perón. Here's how the musical is described: "Eva Perón used her beauty and charisma to rise meteorically from the slums of Argentina to the presidential mansion as First Lady. She won international acclaim and adoration from her own people as a champion of the poor, while glamour, power and greed made her the world’s first major political celebrity." Concluding Jan. 27

The Velveteen Rabbit (Off-Broadway at the DR2 Theatre). Based on the children's novel by Margery Williams, the Theatreworks/USA production of Kevin Del Aguila's The Velveteen Rabbit features Jim Stanek, John Curcuru and Kristin Parker. According to the creators, "The Velveteen Rabbit is a joyous testament to the eternal power of a child's imagination. This classic tale comes to life for a whole new generation in a wonder-filled production created by Kevin Del Aguila. With a little bit of nursery magic (and a whole lot of audience participation), three actors and their simple props transform into a wise old rocking horse, a cavalcade of mechanical playthings, a kind-hearted fairy and, of course, a stuffed rabbit who is transformed by the love of a young boy."
