The special performance of the Tony-winning Best Musical Jersey Boys, featuring Tony winner John Lloyd Young, will be presented Aug. 19 at 8 PM at the August Wilson Theatre (245 West 52nd Street). One Man, Two Guvnors will offer its special performance Aug. 26 at 8 PM at the Music Box Theatre (239 West 45th Street); 2012 Tony Award winner James Corden stars.
Special performances, according to the Actors Fund, "are among the most thrilling theatrical experiences, and the hottest tickets in town. Broadway companies generously give their time and talent by adding these special shows to their already rigorous schedules, and perform for audiences full of their peers from the entertainment community."
