Broadway's most dysfunctional family welcomes new members to the clan June 17.

August: Osage County, fresh from its 2008 Tony Award wins for Best Play, Best Direction, Best Scenic Design and Best Leading and Featured Actress, get five new cast members at the Music Box.

The Tony wins of leading actress Deanna Dunagan and featured actress Rondi Reed coincided with the end of their contracts. They left the lauded Broadway run June 15, the same day they took home Tony Awards for Leading Actress and Featured Actress in a Play, respectively.

Academy Award winner Estelle Parsons succeeds Dunagan as pill-addicted matriarch Violet Weston in the comedy-infused drama by Tracy Letts. Molly Regan succeeds Reed as Violet's blowsy sister, Aunt Mattie Fae.

Also stepping into the rambling Oklahoma house of August on June 17, as previously announced, are Jim True-Frost as the new Little Charles (Mattie Fae's 37-year-old son), succeeding Ian Barford; Tony winner Frank Wood (Side Man), succeeding Jeff Perry as Bill, Violet's son-in-law, who is married to daughter Barbara, played by Tony nominee Amy Morton, who remains; and Robert Foxworth ("Falcon Crest," Proof on tour), succeeding Francis Guinan as Mattie Fae's husband Charlie.

Directed by Anna D. Shapiro (who won the Tony, Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Awards for her work here), Letts' Pulitzer Prize-winning August: Osage County is the "explosively funny comedy-drama focusing on the Weston family following the disappearance of the family's patriarch."

In between, she starred in Whoop-Up; Beg, Borrow or Steal; Mother Courage and Her Children; Ready When You Are, C.B.!; Malcolm; The East Wind; Galileo; The Seven Descents of Myrtle; A Way of Life; And Miss Reardon Drinks a Little; Mert & Phil; The Norman Conquests; Ladies at the Alamo; Miss Margarida's Way; The Pirates of Penzance; Shimada; and The Shadow Box. Parsons received Tony nominations for her work in Morning's at Seven, Miss Margarida's Way, And Miss Reardon Drinks a Little and The Seven Descents of Myrtle. Also a star of film and TV, Parsons garnered an Academy Award for her performance in "Bonnie and Clyde."

She has spent nine seasons at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, and her screen credits include "The Emperor's Club," "Pollock," "Bullets Over Broadway," "New York Stories," "The Education of Max Bickford," "The Sopranos," "Law and Order" and "Cosby." Regan has been a Steppenwolf ensemble member since 1985.

Wood won a Tony and Drama League Award for Side Man (and played it in the West End and Australia). His film credits include "Dan in Real Life," "Thirteen Days," "Michael Clayton" and more. He has appeared at over 20 Off-Broadway and regional theatres.

Robert Foxworth was most recently on Broadway in Twelve Angry Men. His other Broadway credits include Judgment at Nuremberg, Ivanov, Candida, Love Letters, The Crucible and King Henry V. Among his numerous screen credits are roles in "Storefront Lawyers," "Falcon Crest," "Late Line," "Six Feet Under" and "Law and Order." Best known for his portrayal of Detective Roland "Prez" Pryzbylewski on HBO's "The Wire," True-Frost's New York credits include Buried Child, Philadelphia, Here I Come!, The Rivals and The Grapes of Wrath. He has been a Steppenwolf Theatre Company ensemble member since 1989.
