Not Once, But a Thousand Times: Glen Hansard Celebrates Landmark Performance

The winner of eight 2012 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Once is the story of a struggling musician about to give up on his craft until he comes upon a muse that inspires his art — and his heart. To celebrate the 1,000th performance of the Broadway hit, the cast was joined for a post-show jam session with special guest Glen Hansard who, along with Markéta Irglová, starred in the 2006 movie upon which the musical is based and wrote the music and lyrics. Here, Hansard and cast rock out with "Rocky Road to Dublin" and "The Auld Triangle." See show highlights featuring the original Broadway cast.
